She has represented clients across California and brings a wide range of experience to her practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elena began her career by owning and operating her own law firm before moving into defense work in medical malpractice at Doyle Schafer McMahon. During law school, she interned and volunteered at the Utility Consumer Action Network in San Diego, where she focused on protecting consumer rights. Her professional involvement has included memberships with the American Bar Association, California State Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Women Lawyers Association, and the San Diego Bar Association. She has also been recognized by the Multi-Million Dollar Trial Lawyers, the Million Dollar Trial Lawyers Association, and as one of the Top 40 Under 40.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elena grew up in Orange County, where she continues to stay active in her community. She enjoys international travel, linguistics, snorkeling, and comedy. She also dedicates her time to volunteering with her children\u2019s activities, including soccer, dance, Girl Scouts, and school events.
